– Refunds are available for services not delivered or when the customer is unhappy with our services and gives in written form.

– Refunds may be offered at our discretion on a case to case basis.

Process:

  1. Should be reported before 7 working days of the service.
  2. Provide order details and reason for refund.
  3. The request will be reviewed and process the refund accordingly.
  4. Once approved, the refund will be credited in your original payment account 7 – 10 working days.

 

Refund Terms:

– Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
– Refund amounts will be calculated based on the service charges.
